All bookings must be made in advance for group sessions and individual lessons. Payments can now be taken by card on day, if the enrolment deadline has expired.

Our junior programme allows participants to pay after the programme starts. There are rare times when players attend week 1 of a 6 week block but pay after the session or a day later. The system then calculates sessions pro rata meaning that payment is calculated for 5 wks instead of 6 wks. In this situation parents must contact us and payment for week 1 can be transferred to NET360CIC.

Pay as you play:

All pay as you play sessions must be paid in advance before the start of the session via the website. In some circumstances you can pay on the day by card but please inform us by email or text the lead coach.

Block booking: 

Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of the course starting.

The system caters for enrolments after start date and will calculate the balance to pay.

This is a great way to help pay for your child's care during any of our activities.

We accept childcare vouchers from Computershare, Fideliti, Edenred, Sodexo, Care4 and Kiddivouchers for group coaching sessions, individual lessons and holiday camps. 

If paying via childcare vouchers or gift vouchers please make sure this is submitted before the start date of the session and send us an email confirming you have done this.

Could all parents that use childcare vouchers please include a reference, so that we can apply payment to the correct session and term.

For instance my son would be:

Leo Caldeira RED-SAT-T5-24

Red = Squad/ Session name
SAT = Day attending
TERM = The term that sessions are being delivered
24 = The year

Booking Information:

All players must book onto a session in advance and this booking can't be transferred to another player if you can't attend. All players must book onto the session themselves.

Discounts for sessions are for members only and all indoor sessions are block booking only.

If the session is cancelled, you can use your course fee as credit to book onto another session. The team will notify you when the credit is available to use via email.
