Kick off the spring season with a burst of energy and join us for a fun-filled day of free tennis this April at East Anglia Tennis & Squash Club! Whether you’re picking up a racket for the first time or you already play regularly, our Open Days are the perfect opportunity to get on court and enjoy a free taster coaching session:
✅ Junior Coaching – A lively and engaging introduction to tennis for children, using age‑appropriate equipment to build confidence and develop core skills.
✅ Adult Coaching – Ideal for beginners or those returning to the game, supported by our friendly coaching team to help you improve and have fun.
✅ Completely Free! – No cost, no pressure. Just turn up, get involved, and enjoy tennis with family and friends!

Enjoy some junior or adult coaching at the Premier Tennis Club in the city of Norwich
Located just outside the city centre, in the Golden Triangle, you will find East Anglia Tennis & Squash Club very accessible with ample parking.
Our aim is to offer a wide range of tennis opportunities for the local tennis community including weekly coaching, holiday camps, competitions and open days for all the family.
It is also possible to join the Club, meaning you can enjoy a coffee or some food in our family-frendly Clubhouse, book courts and play when you want
The EAT&SC Coaching Programme has over 300 players of all ages and abilities attending every week, including in the evening under floodlights.
With 10 all-weather courts, 5, squash courts, a bar, parking and changing faciltiies it really is a fantastic place to play tennis
