Our coaching programme is run by Lee Moreton. Lee has 25 years experience as a Professional Coach in Hereford & Worcester, Staffordshire and Warwickshire and also played national standard tennis  specialising as a doubles player.  He has implemented group and private tuition for all abilities and has mentored national and international players for the LTA.  Lee’s qualifications include Lawn Tennis Association Club Coach Award (Level 4) and a BA Hons Business Studies Degree.  As a coach Lee is DBS checked and First Aid qualified and has other relevant awards, such as being a fully qualified Cardio Tennis Instructor.

We actively encourage juniors to come along and have a go at tennis – they are our future!  Whether they are at primary or secondary school we welcome children of all abilities!  Please see ‘Junior Tennis’ section for further details of Mini Red, Orange and Green.

Cardio Tennis is a series of Tennis-based drills and activities. It does not require tennis skills but is all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun. Whether the ball goes in or out is irrelevant as the main purpose is to get fit.

The session includes a warm up, cardio work out and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape to burn calories, why not try Cardio Tennis?

The tennis work out session takes place on a tennis court and is run by a qualifies tennis coach. the main purpose of the session is to provide you with an enjoyable work out. it’s not about forehands and backhands; it’s about getting in to your appropriate cardio zone and getting a great workout.

Doubles tactics

For intermediate to advanced players, linking technique to tactical situations to improve overall match play.

Adult improvers

For beginners/improvers level – incorporates drills to provide practice for improving technique and general tactical awareness on the court.

Ladies morning

Fun drills and tips on technique followed by a social cup of coffee and maybe even a cake if you have worked hard enough! Aimed at improvers and intermediate players.
