Needingworth Tennis club may use photographs and videos taken of you at the Club venue, and at club events and activities for all general purposes in relation to Needingworth Tennis Club activities including, without limitation, the right to use them in any publicity materials of the club. 

Needingworth Tennis Club will take all steps to ensure these images or video are used solely for the purposes they are intended which are as follows:

• within the club/county for display purposes
• within other printed publication
• on the club/county website
• on the club/county social media pages
• only using the first names of children unless permission is granted.

If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform Needingworth Tennis Club immediately

If you do not want any photographs or videos of you shared within our publicity materials, please ensure you have made the club Membership Secretary aware of this.

In accordance with our photography and filming policy  we will not permit photographs, video, or other images of children (anyone under 18) to be taken without the consent of the child and their parent or carer. 

Please download and complete our Children’s (anyone under 18) Photography and Filming consent form here and return it to the club’s Membership Secretary.
