Congratulations to this season's champion Cath Coughlan. In a textbook example of how to manage a league season Cath went out early and put an intimidating number of points on the board to lead from start to finish. A well deserved triumph.

League Table

The scoring system is the same as last season in that the winner is the first to eight games (by two) but this time there are points awarded for the number of games won. There are also two bonus points for the winner and five points for both players for completing the match.
For example:
Player A v Player B
Result 8 - 6
Player A receives 10 points plus 5 = 15
Player B receives 6 points plus 5 = 11
So basically it's 15 points for the winner and 5 plus however many games for the loser. Hope this makes sense. It'll all become apparent as you go along. Let's make the deadline October 26th which is the last day before the clocks change. Good luck to all!
