On Saturday 22nd June following Liss Village festival , Ben Marshall walked on court at 6pm to start a 12 hour torchlight tennis marathon  to help raise funds to replace our old energy-inefficient floodlights.

12 hours on court is difficult. Playing throughout the night adds difficulty. Playing without floodlights is even harder.

Thank you to all those who joined in the tornamemts, supported him on court and through donations.

Ben has helped raised over £1,000 so far. WE need to raise £15,000 to replace the floodlights  - this may seem out of reach but we can apply for grants that match Bens efforts. And it's still not too late to support him - his crowdfunder page is still open until 14th July and you can make a donation here.
