Throughout the year the club runs events. They include one day events, Round Robin and Ladder challenges. Check below to see current competitions.

May - September 2024 

Two new tennis events are now running from May to the end of September

• Mixed Doubles, Round Robin, either ladies doubles, or mixed doubles pairings (entry closed April 30th). 
• Singles Ladder Challenge (this is a combined ladder for ladies and men) entry now closed.

Ladder Rules, May – October 2024, open to all adult members.

• Challenge players who are 1-3 places higher than you on the ladder.
• Once a challenge has been set no other challenge can be taken on until the match has been played and the results entered.
• The day and time of any match should be convenient for both players. The challenged player must play the match within 21 days of the challenge or give a default.
• Matches are the best of 3 sets, with a tie break played for all sets.
• The losing player must wait 14 days before re-challenging the same player.
• If any player doesn't turn up for an arranged match, the other player wins by default.
• Match result. Please update Ladder board in club shed (court 2). Take photo of new ladder and upload to WhatsApp chat, so all players are up to date.
• Any player forfeiting twice will automatically drop to the lowest position on the ladder.
• The challenger is responsible for checking court availability and booking appropriately, as well as supplying the balls.
