The easiest way to book a court is by using the Clubspark Booker App, which can be downloaded via the app store on your mobile phone. Once you have registered your details on that app, you simply click on the day and time for the court you'd like to book and a unique access pincode will be sent to you. You will also be sent an email with the code too.

Alternatively you can also book a court by clicking on the relevant court on the court booking sheet below and completing the booking information form. You will then be issued with your unique access pincode. 

If you are a member of the tennis club, it is free to book a court. If you are a visitor, you will be charged a booking fee which will be payable online via the court booking software. 

The pincode will work on the smartgate keycode pad 15 minutes prior to your booking slot, during your booking slot and for 15 minutes afterwards. 

Courts may be booked up to 7 days in advance.

Each booking period is 1 hour long and it is possible to book  2 consecutive booking periods giving 120 minutes of play.

Each member may make a maximum of 2 court bookings (single or double slots) in any one day.

Guests are permitted to book  1 single or double booking period  per day.
