Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
Notes from the coach
Get fit and have fun on court with our energising Cardio Tennis Programme! This option is for people who want to pay per session. There are 5 sessions in total in this block and the course is designed for all fitness levels and combines tennis drills, games, and high-energy music to improve your fitness, footwork, and racket skills. Each one-hour session includes a dynamic warm-up, fast-paced tennis-based cardio exercises, and a cool-down stretch. No need to be an experienced player – it’s all about keeping your heart rate up and enjoying the workout!
Join us for one or more sessions of movement, motivation, and fun – trainers and enthusiasm required!
