How far in advance can I book a court?

Courts can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

 


When the Courts are open?

The Courts are open 8am – sunset in the Winter (October - March) or 8am - 9pm in the Summer (March - October). Some courts may be booked for coaching, other activity or events so please check the booking sheet and pre- book courts at all times.

 


How do I get a code for the gate?

You will need to book a court to receive the code. 

You will receive the seven digit code in your confirmation email.

 


Is there a charge for booking a court?

Yes, it is £6 per hour.

 


What should I do if my gate code doesn't work?

Please check that you are not trying to enter the code more than 15 minutes before your booking start time. If you are still having problems, please contact: 07754 078308 or email tennis@northbaddesley-pc.gov.uk

 


How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel your booking online. Out of courtesy please cancel as soon as you know so others can play.  Please cancel prior to 24 hours in advance if you can do so.

 


If I see damage to the courts or anti-social behaviour who should I tell?

If you notice the courts are damaged or unsafe please contact us by email informing the clerk at North Baddesley Parish Council so we can investigate and arrange repairs clerk@northbaddesley-pc.gov.uk

If you witness anti-social behaviour on courts from users that is not in keeping with behaviours set out in the terms and conditions, please report to North Baddesley Parish Council so this can be addressed and appropriate action taken.

If you have a problem with anti-social behaviour outside office hours then please call 101 or in an emergency situation please call 999.
