Covid Update July 2020

Hello,

We hope everyone is keeping safe.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

You will all be aware that the fees paid for your membership only cover the period to the end of July.

We are pleased to confirm that the committee has now made the final decisions for appropriate payments for the remainder of the season.  In recognition of the continued absence of normal club activities and the fact balls are not provided we have again made the decision to keep the fees at a very low level.  See grid below:

We have decided to give you the option of joining to the end of September or to the end of March to Families and Adults.

We have also decided not to ask Juniors or Mini Juniors to pay any more than they have already paid.

COVID UP-DATE

There have been no significant changes to the advice to members recently.

We ask you to make yourself aware of the updated guidance that is available on the LTA website, the Club’s own website and the Club house windows.  The guidance stresses the need to continue to adhere to the social distancing rules and the need to use hand gel frequently.

We still do not plan to start club nights or provide club balls at the moment.  We will keep that under review.

The Club house remains out of bounds except for an emergency.

In order to help members to arrange games amongst themselves in a managed way we are again asking you to let us know if you would like to share your details with other paid-up members of the club.

If you do wish to do that then please e mail   tennis.northallerton@gmail.com

It would be helpful if you could indicate what standard of player you consider yourself to be so that you can try to match up with others of a similar level.
