Membership 2025

Membership Subscriptions

The Committee is now in a position to confirm the subscription rates for the 2025 season. Please renew your membership through our website https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/NorthallertonTennisClub/ . We are continuing to improve communication with members through WhatsApp community. This allows us to keep in contact with all members and different groups. Your phone number is kept private through this method. In order to take advantage of this you will need to add a mobile phone number to your membership details.

Membership fees offer fantastic value for money. For example, a full senior membership is the equivalent of £2.30 per week, young adult £1.30 a week and a family membership £4.80 a week.

Members will receive the court and pavilion access codes via email on receipt of payment.  

Membership Tags are no longer issued.

Subscriptions are due for payment by 1st May 2025.  New members are still welcome to join after that date.

Tennis club membership (for full senior members) includes social membership of the Cricket Club. The Cricket Club will issue membership cards, which will be available for you to collect from our pavilion – please check when you are at the courts.

Club Nights

Senior Club Nights begin on Thursday 3rd April.  They run every Monday and Thursday throughout the summer months and start at 6 p.m.  

Youth Club Nights

Youth members have priority on Monday evenings between 4.30 p.m. and 6 p.m. 

 On-Line Booking System

The on-line Court Booking system is live and is recommended for use during busy periods.  All home league matches and competitions will be shown on the system.

Balls

Tennis balls will be provided and are available in the clubhouse.  Please follow the guidance displayed near the ball table.

Coaching

Youth Coaching runs from 9.30 to 12.30 on Saturday mornings.  At least two courts will be unavailable to members every Saturday during those times. Please check the Court booking system.

Pickleball

We have introduced a new Pickleball membership this season.  More information will be posted shortly.

Visitors

Visitors must be signed in by a member who is responsible for ensuring payment is made either by cash or online.  Visits are limited to 4 per person per season, after which the player would be expected to join the Club.

Some other helpful points to note:

• The courts have been repainted at a significant cost.  Please either change your footwear or use the brushes next to the court entrance to clean your tennis shoes in order to minimise the risk of dirt being taken on and ground into the courts. Please ensure appropriate tennis footwear only is used on the courts.

• We would ask every member to ensure the Clubhouse is secured appropriately when you leave.

• Please note that the exercising of dogs in the grounds of the Cricket Club is not permitted.
