Court Booking
Courts may be booked up to two weeks in advance using the online booking system subject to the following restrictions:
- Courts may be booked for a maximum of 2 hours for doubles or 1 hour for singles
- Juniors may not book courts 1 and 2 after 6pm on weekdays.
To make a booking:
- Click on www.my-bookings.net/cgi-bin/scheduling/penallt/schedule.cgi
- Select the day for which you wish to make a booking from the show another day drop down menu
- Select the court and time you require and click Reserve
- Select the time length from the drop down menu. The default is 60 minutes
- Enter your user ID and password and click Confirm Reservation. Your user ID is the email address that you have provided for the club Contact list. Your password is initially set to 1217.
The procedure for cancelling bookings is similar to the above.
If you no longer require a reservation that you have made please cancel it promptly.
Your password can be changed on request by the administrator. This may be useful if the email address is shared. The different users can be given different passwords.
