Description
Tennis down the 'Rec - our Coach-led Adult Social sessions in partnership with Speakeasy Club. Suitable for all levels, these are interactive game-based sessions using low-compression balls and set to music. They're great for both physical and mental health with further resources for both signposted to all participants.
