Pete Caseley - LTA Accredited+ Level 4 Coach - HEAD COACH

Pete is an experienced level 4 Accredited+ coach. With over 20 years of coaching experience and a wide range of different player levels Pete has covered most tennis needs. 

Pete has joined STC in September 2022, Pete heads up the coaching programme at the club and the outreach programme working in local schools to promote the club.

Chris Butcher - LTA Accredited+ Level 4 Coach

Chris is part of the coaching team and coaches during the weekly junior programme, Chris has undertaken the LTA Youth Start Training.  Chris takes 1-1 sessions with many of the club's performance Mini, Junior & Adult players.   Chris has played in the club junior teams and now represents the club in the men's Summer League first team.

Ben Hardwick - LTA Accredited Level 4 Coach

Joining in Sept 23 Ben coaches in the weekly junior & adult programme. Ben heads up the Inclusive Tennis at STC running Junior & Adult Pan Disability groups as well as Visually Impaired groups.

Abigail Matthews - LTA Accredited Level 2 Coach

Abi started playing at the club as a mini red and has progressed through the age groups playing at all levels and currently plays in the Ladies 1st's League team. In 2020 she was the Club's ladies’ singles and doubles Champion.

Abi coaches on a Saturday morning and likes taking the mini red sessions and LTA youth start courses.

Eleanor Finch - LTA Accredited Level 2 Coach

Eleanor started playing at the club as a mini red and has progressed through the age groups playing at all levels currently plays in the Ladies 2nd's League team. In 2021 she is in the Ladies doubles Annual Club Tournament Final.

Eleanor likes taking the mini red sessions and assisting with LTA youth start courses. Eleanor attained her level 2 in October 2021.

Hobbes Gaulton - LTA Accredited Level 2 Coach

Hobbes started playing at the club as a junior and has now progressed to the senior teams. He attained his level 2 award during the summer of 2022. .

Will Finch - LTA Level 1 Coach

Elliot Barraclough - LTA Leve 1 Coach

All coaches with LTA accreditation have been DBS checked, are first aid trained and have attended safeguarding courses.

The coaching team has been set up to help deliver the clubs coaching programme to provide supports and guidance for all members and give them the potential to develop their tennis skills and continued enjoyment of the game.
