On Saturday 13th January, PTC held its annual quiz night at the Bowls club. The event proved to be very popular with every table and chair in the club-house taken. Club chair Colin Gratton presented the trophy to the worthy winners after a sudden death decider question was needed to spearate the two leading teams. Brains were fuelled by a fine chilli con carne prepared by Kathryn Hutchinson and a vegetarian chilli prepared by Matthew Popham. Fruit pies + cream and magnum ice creams finished off all pretence at January diets!  The raffle managed by Amanda Hampson raised £152 for the Pewsey Debfibrillator fund, an excellent sum, thank-you to all who contributed prizes and/or bought tickets. Special thanks go to Pete the compere for his fiendish questions and to Mike Hutchinson for orgainsing and managing the event on the day. Thanks also go to Richard Newport, Amanda and Keith Hampson for helping out on the day.
