As many of you already know we have forged strong links with Tedworth House via Wilts LTA .  On Monday 8 July,  we hosted for the first time at PTC the Help for Heroes Summer Games tennis event where five teams repesenting, Colchester, Catterick, Tedworth House , Plymouth and Wales rehabilitation centres competed in a 'grass roots' tennis competition. It was a brilliant afternoon, all the soldiers who are veterans had an enjoyable time and all thought Pewsey Tennis Club was a very special club/place.

Later in the week, Colin Gratton attended the awards evening at Tedworth House and Colchester RC were crowned the overall champions. This is the fifth year of the Help for Heroes summer games and we have already been asked/agreed to host next year.
