You are invited to enter a FUN TENNIS TOURNAMENT in aid of The St. Timothy Foundation on Thursday July
13th from 9.30 a.m. until 1 p.m. followed by lunch at Milton Lilbourne Village Hall.  This is the third year we
have run the tournament and, for the first time, we are inviting men to join.

The tournament will take place at three locations, where play will be on two courts. Location 1 is Fyfield where
ladies’ doubles will be played.  Milton Lilbourne is location 2 where mixed doubles will be played and in Easton
Royal, location 3, men’s doubles will be played.  A captain will be designated to each court to ensure the
smooth running of play and record the number of games WON BY EACH PLAYER. The two players (one man
and one woman for the mixed doubles) with the highest scores from each court at the location will play a tie-
break to determine the winning pair at that location.

When you enter, please indicate your preference for either ladies’/men’s doubles, mixed doubles or no
preference.  We will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot promise. A week before the tournament, the organisers will allocate players to their locations. You will then be informed and given further instructions.

Please enter as soon as you are able to avoid disappointment.  The last date for accepting entries will be JUNE
