Pinewood LTC

Welcome to Pinewood Tennis Club.  

We are a friendly and affordable club set within Heswall (Wirral) in a lovely setting with private parking. We welcome new members, from beginners to more experienced players.  

The club has 4 all-weather hard courts, which were newly laid in 2012 and have recently been refurbished with new paint. 

The clubhouse was also refurbished in 2020 and now includes the new Pinewood Deuce Bar, kitchen and upgraded changing facilities with fully accessable disabled toilet,  now with extended car parking facilities. 

Membership is great value for money, at just £125 per annum for adults, with discounts for families (please see membership page for more details). Pinewood offers opportunities for juniors and adults to learn to play or improve their tennis.

We have a fantastic coaching provider, Time For Tennis, who offer coaching services to suit all levels of player. They offer a variety of lessons, including group and private coaching, along with their wonderful Holiday Activity Camps during every school holiday for both members and non members (please see our coaching page for more details).

The club runs 3 mixed teams in the local tennis league as well as 1 Mens summer league team  and 4 winter league teams ( 2 open and 2 ladies). F riendly games area also organised on Thursday evenings during the summer - this a great chance to get practice in competitive playing. 

We have a full programme of social events running throughout the year, including quizzes, music nights and race nights.
