Do I have to be a member to book a Padel court?
No. Our Padel courts are available for booking by members and non-members.
If I become a member, can I use the Padel courts free of charge?
No. Membership does not include free use of the Padel courts but members do get a discount of at least 25% on all Padel related bookings.
Can I hire a Padel racket and Padel balls?
Use of Padel rackets and balls is included free of charge with all Padel bookings. Details will be given in your booking email.
Do you offer Padel coaching?
Yes. We have regular weekly group coaching sessions and can arrange individual coaching sessions at a time to suit you.
I have never played Padel before. What is the best way to start?
Padel is a very inclusive sport and most people pick up the basics quickly so don't worry at all about any lack of experience. We run a weekly group coaching session for beginners which would be an ideal starting point for anyone who has not played before. If you have experience in other racket sports (whether recent or many years ago!) then you could join one of our weekly social mix-in sessions which are suitable for all abilities.
I don't know anyone else who plays Padel. Can you put me in touch with other players?
Yes. You can book an individual place on one of our social mix-in sessions to play with and against other players. Alternatively, we run a WhatsApp group called 'Padel on the Wirral' in which we share updates about the club but which is also used to enable players to connect with each other and arrange games. Please contact us if you would like to be added to this group.
