Portswood LTC offers a full calendar of events, social tennis, and friendly competitions to keep members active and connected throughout the year.

🎾 Weekly Social Mix-In Sessions

Come along, mix in, and enjoy relaxed doubles play — a great way to meet fellow members.

Spring to Autumn:

• Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00–8:00pm

Winter months:

• Wednesdays & Fridays, 2:00–5:00pm

All year round:

• Sundays, 2:00–5:00pm

No need to book—just turn up and join in!

🍹 Monthly Social Evenings

We host a social drinks evening on the first Thursday of each month during autumn and winter. A chance to unwind, chat, and connect off court.

Two highlights of our social calendar:

June: Clubhouse BBQ night

November: Cosy Curry Night to welcome autumn together

🏆 Annual Club Tournament (May–September)

Our friendly internal summer tournament runs throughout the season.

Singles and doubles categories, open to players of all levels.

Finals followed by light refreshments and prize presentations.

Box/Ladder Internal Tournaments:

We run friendly tournaments and welcome all members to take part. In the past, we held singles Box Leagues and we are hoping to run a doubles tournament during the winter 2026.
