To gain access to the Clubhouse outside of organised social tennis events members will need to obtain a key and alarm fob.  
There is a refundable deposit of £30 required to obtain a key and fob.  Any members who would like to obtain keys should contact the membership secretary, Trevor Hatch on 07717 478811.   It will be necessary to agree to the Club rules for key holders, a copy of which is below,

(ref no…F?????) which allow access to the Clubhouse at Priory Tennis Club, Cheetham Park, Stalybridge.

I confirm that I will ensure I lock the front door and close the shutters to the Clubhouse when I am last to leave the premises.

If I unlocked the Clubhouse I will ensure a fellow member has a key and fob and will undertake this duty should I leave when other members are using the Clubhouse or playing on the Courts.

I will ensure no one is on the premises when I leave and I will check the kitchen and toilet areas.

All lights will be turned off as well as all electrical appliances including kettles and the TV.

I will immediately notify the Membership Secretary if I lose the key and fob. 07717 478811

I can return the key and fob at any time and on doing so will receive back my returnable deposit. 

I will return the key and fob should I cancel or not renew my membership.
