Notes from the coach
This is an indoor short tennis session at Queen’s Club for seniors, using red balls.
Participants living with dementia are very warmly welcome, and the session is open to all ability levels. Carers are also welcome to take part, but they will need to book on as a participant.
It is a relaxed session where players are free to dip in and out of activities at their own pace and are welcome to sit, rest, and chat whenever they wish.
We use mini rackets and slower red balls to keep the session enjoyable, safe, and accessible for everyone.
