This is an outdoor Padel session for the elderly. The location of the class is Padel Social Club, Empress Place, SW6 1TT. Those with Dementia are warmly welcomed but this class is open to all. Carers are also welcome to participate in the class but they must book on a a participant. There is a short warm up which can be done seated or standing and then a very relaxed class where players can drop in and out of the activities as they wish and sit and chat when they are not playing. There is a toilet and cafe on-site. In rain, the session will be cancelled but all participants will be contacted using the mobile provided if there should be any need for cancellation.
