What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
This class is suitable for all abilities. Rackets can be provided. Please make sure that your child comes in appropriate clothing and footwear for playing on blaize courts, as they can get dirty if it has rained. If a session needs to be cancelled due to rain then you will be contacted by Nicola.
