Tennis Coaching at Ravenscourt Park

There are two licensed and qualified Coaches, who provide classes, activities, camps and more at Ravenscourt Park:

Andy Keen

Andy is an LTA Accredited+ coach with a Senior Performance Coach qualification. He has over 25 years experience in playing and coaching tennis. Andy has delivered coaching for many years at Ravenscourt and he provides tennis classes and activities for all ages and abilities - His coaching methods aim to help people enjoy a great sport for health, for fitness and for life!

Andy's courses run on Courts 6 & 7, located at the South of the Park, near the garden centre, railway arches and Tube.

Mahmuda Jafarey

Mahmuda Jafarey is an LTA Accredited Level 4 Senior Club Coach. She began her career in tennis as a tournament player and then switched into coaching. Previously the Head Coach at a top West London tennis club for 10 years she is now passionate about sharing her tennis knowledge to anyone who wants to learn to play. 

Mahmuda runs courses and drop-in sessions for adults and children of all abilities. She delivers courses as well as drop-in sessions, camps, and tournaments for juniors. Mahmuda also offers tennis coaching for schools, and birthday parties.

Coaching Licences

Council Byelaws require all coaching activities in the park be conducted under licence. There are a limited number of licences available. For any enquires and to apply for any vacancies please contact the Sports Office.

Currently, there are no licences available in Ravenscourt.
