This is an adult’s course for players over the age of 18. This course will be led by Matt. All equipment is provided, you are welcome to bring your own. A beginner and improvers course is aimed at players who would be around the red / orange / yellow levels on our rainbow level player guide. Beginner and improvers coaching courses are a great way to start playing tennis or further develop your skills in a relaxed and welcoming environment! By the end of the course, you should be all set to serve and rally with good basic shots.
