Our Tennis for Mental Health and Wellbeing sessions take place in parks across Bristol. The sessions are open to adults experiencing mental health conditions. Carers/support workers are welcome to attend to support their participants. Sessions are free of charge to attend but you must book a place on the session each week so that we know you are coming. Each session is led by a tennis coach who will support you with different fun tennis activities. All equipment is provided so we recommend you just need to turn up with a pair of comfy trainers and a drink.
