Couch to Court: Rediscover Your Game It is time to turn off Netflix and pick up a racket. Our Couch to Court sessions are specifically designed for adults who have either played a little in the past or haven’t stepped onto a court in years. We focus on core fundamentals and doubles play to rebuild your confidence. To keep the momentum going, we also integrate you into a community WhatsApp group so you can arrange games with others on the same journey.

Drills and Skills: High-Volume Hitting If you can already maintain a consistent rally and want to take your game to the next level, Drills and Skills is for you. This is a fast-paced session where you will hit hundreds of balls and play points with specific tactical twists. It is the ultimate way to improve your feel for the ball and sharpen your match-play instincts.

Pickleball: The Global Phenomenon Join the fastest-growing sport in the world at Redhill. Pickleball is easy to learn but offers endless depth. Our sessions help you get to grips with the fundamentals while teaching you the specific tips and tricks needed to become an effective player.

Adult Coaching: Refine and Play Our weekly coaching groups are the ideal environment to improve your technical skills.
