Notes from the coach

All our Adult Classes are designed to help you improve your game, get fit and have fun. This class will include feeding and rallying drills so mixed standards (not complete beginners, rally standard) can join in and hit balls, exercise and have fun while your children have their class - anyone can join. This is an indoor class. At the start of term a priority booking window will be given to those with children in the class and then the class will be opened up to all.
