Coaching Queries & Contact

We are here to help find the right coaching for you or your child, please email Chrissie Runnicles to discuss your specific requirements. Email is the preferred method of contact as we may be in court. 


What should I wear ?

Most clients wear tennis clothes or gym kit.


What shoes are needed ?

Clean non-marking tennis shoes. Trainers do not support the feet for tennis movement and so are not advised.

To keep our courts clean, please wear another pair of shoes to the courts and then change into clean, non marking tennis shoes on the court.


How do I find Reed's Tennis School and where can I park ?

Can I borrow a racket ?

Yes we have rackets available in all sizes to borrow.


Do I need to be a Member ?

No membership is required, we offer termly classes or drop in sessions - just book, pay and turn up !


Do I need to have a son or daughter that attends Reed's School ?

No - anyone can come and join a coaching session at Reed's Tennis School - just book, pay and turn up !


Are the class programmes and coaches subject to change ?

Our Junior & Adult programmes are fixed for the term or half term. We do need minimum numbers for a class to run, if a class is cancelled at the start of term due to low numbers we will suggest an alternative or refund you in full.

We know coach consistency is important to our clients and we are very successful with building a team of committed Reed’s Tennis School coaches. However if coaches are ill, on holiday (or honeymoon as this term!), other qualified coaches from the RTS team will cover the class. Additionally, circumstances can change which may mean the coach team can change from time to time.


Cancellation of a Session

In the unlikely event that Reed’s Tennis School needs to cancel a session, the following will happen:

Clients will be credited or refunded for the missed session.

To inform you of a cancelled session, you will be contacted by email or text using the contact details you have provided on the Clubspark booking service, when you signed up for the class. Therefore it is very important that these details are correct and up to date. The email will come from the address Reed’s Tennis School mail@clubspark.co.uk.


Refunds

We do not refund for missed sessions.


Can I use Childcare Vouchers for Tennis Camps ?

We do not accept Childcare Vouchers at this time.


ClubSpark Queries

When registering on ClubSpark, please register yourself and then add your child/children as players.

If you have any technical difficulties registering on ClubSpark, please contact the ClubSpark Support Service directly on 020 8247 3857 or support@clubspark.co.uk. They are really helpful and will be able to guide you through registration.
