About Padel
Padel is a relatively new racket sport. It’s played over a net on an enclosed court about 1/3 the size of a tennis court. It's sometimes described as a cross between tennis and squash but the rackets are shaped like bats and the balls are slower. It's easy to learn, fun to play, sociable and suitable for players of all ages and abilities. There’s something highly addictive about it too, so the sport is booming!
RSC's padel court is the first one on Anglesey. Non-members are welcome to play. Bookings are made via an app called Playtomic (scroll down for more info)

New to the game?
You're welcome to just come and have-a-go, but we'd recommend a taster session, or a few lessons to get started (equipment provided).
Alternatively, take a look at our regular social sessions.
Padel rackets are available to hire (£2.50 each) when you book through Playtomic. Be sure to read your confirmation email carefully - it contains vital instructions.
Playtomic
Players around the world use Playtomic to find and book courts and create/join matches with players of a similar standard. Even though we're only a small club, we're listed on Playtomic. It will help us build a dynamic padel community of padel players on Anglesey.
To book our court you must use the Playtomic app. If you haven't used it before, here's what to do ...
1)Download the Playtomic app via one of the links below, register your details and verify your new account. Playtomic is free for players to use (for most people the premium plan is not worth the money).
2) Search for Rhosneigr Sports Club and click the heart icon to add us as a 'favourite
3) Then just choose your date and time, list additional players, book and pay.
4) You will receive a confirmation email which contains vital information about how to access the court etc so read it carefully. Can't find it? Check your spam box!
RSC Members
Adult members of RSC get a 50% discount on their (personal) booking fees. However this discount is not automatically applied. The Playtomic system has to recognise you. So:-
a) Make sure you use exactly the same details (name, email, phone, birthdate etc) on Playtomic as you use with the LTA Clubspark system.
b) Email the club and consent to us uploading your data into Playtomic. Until this is all done, you won't get the discounted rates.
