Adult Coaching
Currently, we offer 3 different types of sessions which each offer different skills and goals. Cardio tennis, Rusty Rackets and Tennis & Coffee are the regular group sessions that run every week and can be paid each week or in a block.
Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities.
Supported by music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
Rusty Rackets
The Rusty Rackets coaching is for players that are just starting tennis or come back to tennis after a few years out. It provides the opportunity to improve confidence and gain skills for singles or doubles play. It is suitable for beginners to intermediate players.
Tennis & Coffee
This session is based upon doubles drills and working around doubles specific point play. The session usually consists of drills for the first hour followed by matchplay based on the theme for the session. After the session, we usually have tea or coffee in the clubhouse.
** Please note that if wish to cancel your booking it must be done 24hrs before the start of the session, if done before you will be entitled to a full refund or credit for another session.**
