Head Coach
Rob Ratcliffe, LTA Accredited+ Level 4 Senior Club Coach.
Rob was appointed Head Coach at Whitkirk Tennis Club in September 2025. He is an LTA Level 4 Senior Coach with a wealth of experience across various roles within the tennis industry.
Rob is eager to apply his experience and insights to the coaching programme at Whitkirk LTC and looks forward to seeing you on court.
Previous positions include University Tennis Coordinator at Leeds Beckett University, Head Coach at Horsforth Tennis Club, Tennis Manager at the John Charles Centre for Sport, and a key contributor to the Leeds Park Programme, which he launched and implemented city-wide. Most recently he worked as Participation Development Partner at the LTA in the London and South East regional team before returning to Leeds in September 2024 where he has been coaching at Roundhay LTC and Queen Margaret's School for Girls, York.
In addition to his extensive coaching background, Rob has recently been appointed Yorkshire Tennis Director where he volunteers his time supporting tennis in Yorkshire leading on workforce and schools. More information on Yorkshire Tennis can be found HERE.
Private Lesson Price: £34 per hour (additional £2 non member fee is applicable if not a member of the club)

- Safeguarding
