Coaching Terms and Conditions (Updated 6th June 2022)

Starting Tennis Coaching will involve you making certain arrangements, these few notes are therefore offered for your guidance.

• Access to Coaching may only be granted if you are a member of the Tennis Club where sessions take place unless another arrangement is satisfactory to the host venue
• Sessions last for 55 minutes or 85 minutes
• Group Session rate is £8 p/session (based on 55 min session)
• A course fee is charged for Group Coaching, this is a non-refundable payment although under 'exceptional circumstances' a credit may be applied for future sessions. This is based upon goodwill and discretion. 
• A course typically lasts 12 weeks with a break around halfway and will run concurrently with the School Calendar for Wiltshire
• Notice will be given of holiday dates or medical appointments and it is desirable that you try to take holidays outside of courses. However, I realise that this may not always be possible
• I charge for all sessions that you miss, including absence caused by holidays and adverse weather. If you are unable to attend a session, then it is helpful if you can let me know
• I present invoices for Group Coaching after the halfway point in a block ready to renew for the follolwing block using a fully electronic, paperless system. Invoices should be paid within 14 days by bank transfer
• Private Session rate is £32 p/session (based on 55 min session). When a block of 10 sessions is purchased, you will receive one additional lesson FoC
• I charge for all private sessions that are cancelled on the day but will apply discretion under exceptional circumstances i.e. emergency
• An additional court charge is used if a non-member is using a host venue to train. You will be notified of any charges in advance of the session
• In adverse weather all sessions go ahead unless you are informed by text message at least 30 mins before a session starts
• It is desirable for me to know if you have any injuries, medical conditions or special requirements. You should not attend a session if you have an infectious illness
• Please do keep in touch with me outside of the sessions if you have any questions or concerns. I am a full-time resource and aim to respond to e-mail and telephone calls promptly
• Termination of any sessions is preferably by agreement. In any event it is desirable for you to give one month's notice of termination
• Constructive, balanced complaints and feedback are well received, as well as positive encouragement and praise, in equal measure
• I operate a zero-tolerance policy to all forms of abuse, including communications services from electronic devices. This will result in termination of sessions. Such instances are logged and reported to the relevant host venue and the police
