ClubSpark

To make signing up for another year easier, we’ve introduced an online registration and payment system.

The online registration is facilitated by ClubSpark.  If you haven't registered with ClubSpark before, the renewal process will invite you to set up a new account, where you will be able to manage your membership(s) and opt in/out of communications from the Club throughout the year.  Your ClubSpark account will also allow you to book courts.

 

GoCardless

Online payments can be made via GoCardless (a direct bank payment company).  You will be able to select this payment option from the membership page:

Clicking on Join Now will take you through the checkout process.  You will need to confirm the Purchaser's (not member's) details.  Please note that the first section is autofilled by the system from the LTA account that you used to log in and as such is not editable.

To make the online payment,  you will need to choose GoCardless.  Please note that this is a bank debit payment (also known as Direct Debit), which is a pull-based payment mechanism rather than a push-based payment mechanism which you are more likely to be familiar with for this type of transaction.  Rowington Tennis Club will only be able to take a one-off payment rather than regular/recurring payments (for auto-renewals please see below). 

You will need to search for the bank you are using to renew your membership with.  If you do not have access to your online banking details or you don't use online banking, or your bank is not recognised, please follow these steps:

1.   Where you are asked to select your bank, enter OTHER or CCCC.  This will reveal Continue payment using Direct Debit  button, which you should click on.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.   At the next step you should enter your bank details, including sort code and account number and then click Continue.  The payment process should then continue until complete.

 

Auto-renew
As a default, auto-renew is not set up for any of our membership packages.  Should you wish to auto-renew in the future, you will need to have paid initally via GoCardless to be eligible.  If this is the case, please email us and we can enable this feature for you.
