We offer a range of membership packages as detailed below.

The membership year runs from 1st April to the end of March the following year. 

You are welcome to come along and try some social tennis sessions before joining.

When you apply to join you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Membership, which can be found here . ​It is a condition of Membership that Members and their Guests comply with all Policies and Codes of Practice.

Please choose the package you want to buy from the list below and fill in your details. All payments are via Direct Debit.

Membership Fees

The fees below are valid for members joining from 1st April 2026 until the end of the season on 31st March 2027.

The payments shown for Membership are updated throughout the season to reflect how far we are through the season. Therefore, there is no further pro-rating and this is the fee for which ever Membership you choose. 

Membership Benefits include:

- Free use of the courts (courts must be booked)

- Use of Floodlights during winter period (access requires a quick induction - please email membership@roystontennis.co.uk to set an appointment)

- Access to club Social Sessions (all year round) 

- Online Booking / Cancellation email notification

- Free use of the club balls during club social sessions and for general play.

- Free LTA Advantage Membership (formerly called British Tennis Membership - BTM)

- Free entry in Wimbledon ticket ballot for members 9 years and older if Advantage members and opeted-in for the ballot

- Access to various social tournaments held throughout the year

- Access to 2 fully qualified coaches. (Additional payment for lessons)

Shoe tags

Members are required to wear a RTC shoe tag when playing on the courts. The shoe tag can be collected from one of the Committee members during dedicated drop-in sessions organised at the beginning of the season. If you are joining at any other time, please contact membership@roystontennis.co.uk to agree on a time to collect the shoe tag. Dates for the drop-in sessions for April 2026 will be published here on 15th March.

Court Access / Code

Once you have joined, you will receive a confirmation email including the code for the combination padlocks to access the courts. Members  are responsible for its’ safe keeping and sole use - It must not be shared with anyone else. Members should avoid writing down the code.  In cases where it is necessary to write it down, please make sure it is stored in a secure location. If you need any assistance with this, or suspect the code has been compromised, please email membership@roystontennis.co.uk.

Booking courts on behalf of Juniors

Parents wishing to book courts for Tots, Mini and Junior players need to have a minimum of a Social membership. This allows to access the ClubSpark booking system. Social members are allowed to take coaching session and/or to ‘hit’ with their children. Social members are not allowed to play at any other times.

Joining the LTA Advantage (formerly British Tennis Membership - BTM)

Go to the LTA website https://www.lta.org.uk/advantage/ and follow the instructions for a FREE Advantage membership. Among other benefits, this will give you access to the Wimbledon ballot. Don’t forget to add your LTA Advantage membership number to your ClubSpark profile! Once your LTA Advantage account is active, go to your Account Details > Venues and add Royston Tennis Club as your Venue.
