Depending on the number of entries, we may arrange either one league or two leagues that would run simultaneously.

Entry is £4.00 per person, per entry (so £8.00 if entering both the singles and the doubles leagues). Half of the proceeds will go into a prize fund for the league winners, and the other half will go towards club funds.

Matches will be played best of three sets, with the third set being a championship tie-break. The scoring will be three points for winning in two sets, two points for winning in three sets and one point awarded to losers who win one set. 

Exact match times are to be agreed by the players themselves. The fixture schedule will be sent out to all participants. Matches are to be played with new tennis balls. Players are to agree who will supply the tennis balls and share the cost equally amongst themselves (spinning for who retains the tennis balls afterwards). If players wish to use floodlights, the cost of the tokens must also be shared equally.

We are hoping to start the league/s from the middle of September onwards. All current safety and hygiene rules to be followed by all participants.
