The safety and welfare of all our members is of utmost concern to Ryde Mead Tennis Club.

DIVERSITY AND  INCLUSION POLICY

The club does have a room within the clubhouse where members or guests may change. However, we generally encourage players to arrive atired to play. The changing room is situated adjacent to a public area and is not gender specific. Persons wishing to use the changing room should be aware of the changing room policy.

CHANGING ROOM POLICY

CCTV is in operation on site for security purposes. The use of the system is governed by a strict code of conduct outlined in the CCTV policy. Members and guests should be assured that CCTV is not a live system and images are captured and stored only during certain periods and for retrospective review in the event of a criminal incident.
