Adult Group Lessons are Non Refundable and Non Transferable to another course or date. A refund will be granted if you have to cancel attending the remaining course and a replacement from the waiting list is able to take that place. If no person is able to take the slot then No Refund will be offered. By signing up to the course you have agreed to the terms and conditions and are committed to the sessions even if you cannot make a session due to illness, injury, work commitments or holidays.
Junior Term Time & Holiday Course bookings are Non Refundable and Credit not granted. Changing classes can be done if space in another class and the class is appropriate for the child. If there isn’t a space in another class a refund will not be granted. Refunds or changes in class will not be granted for short illness, injuries or any other circumstances. By signing up to the course you have agreed to the terms and conditions and are committed to the sessions.
