This session is all about helping women improve their skills and confidence on the court. This particular session is for women who used to play tennis regularly but have lost touch with the sport. If you feel comfortable rallying with a partner and have got to grips with the basics of tennis, then this is for you. All sessions are run by LTA Accredited coach Sam Richardson and consist of skill building drills that will improve your game and your fitness. These sessions are pay as you go (you need to book on to each session you can make) with a maximum of 6 people in the group.
