Sandford Avenue Park

Sandford Avenue Park was bequeathed to the then Church Stretton UDC by Ralph Beaumont Benson in the early 1900’s.  The aim of the Town Council today is to ensure that Tennis is available to all members of the community.  You can use this site to book a court at a cost of £5 per hour.

Regularly enjoy playing tennis? Why not sign up to the Family membership. At just £52 per years this gives you and up to 6 members of your household access to an hour of play every week of the year.

You will need to book your courts online.  The system will then email you with a different six-digit code, for each individual booking, with every booking you make.   Please note that the courts will not be in use if the surface is wet or icy.

This booking system, provided by the Lawn Tennis Association, allows you to book your court in advance. Use of a court will only be given to those who have made a booking via this website.
