Contact information requirements:
Please remember that to comply with mandatory Government/LTA regulations ALL members and non members booking a court (the "lead" ) must keep a record for 21 days of the other(s) playing on that court during the booking. If any of the players on court during your booking are not registered as a club contact through our website, the lead MUST be able to give contact details to the authorities. Where the time of arrival and departure of a player is different from that on the court booking sheet, this should also be recorded.
Contact details for all those who are on our Club Contact list are available to the authorities through Douglas Gibson, Club Secretary.
It is now necessary to use the floodlights for all evening court use. For those who do not have a Clubhouse key to access the light switches the courts are regularly used on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from approximately 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., weather permitting. It MAY be possible to arrange access on other evenings on application to our Secretary, Douglas Gibson.
Please use the sanitiser provided inside the Clubhouse door after switching the floodlights on and off.
For the avoidance of doubt the Clubhouse remains closed, except for access to the aforementioned lights along with a sanitiser bottle and the first aid box, which are situated on the floor immediately inside the Clubhouse door.
The latest advice from our governing body regarding playing tennis is to be found on the front page of the LTA site https://www.lta.org.uk/
