TENNIS TIPS

Transform Your Volleys in 10 Minutes
This month we are sharing another great tip  from " Top Tennis Training".
" When it comes to hitting solid volleys in tennis, there are a few fundamentals that you must master.

These include:

  • Volley swings - The swing on your tennis volleys will either help or hinder your net game
  • Footwork at the net - use the ideal footwork patterns and you'll cover the net effectively
  • Where to aim your volleys - the key to winning more points at the net is where you hit"
