Invite-Only Sessions Policy:

• Booking onto an invite-only session requires prior approval from a coach.
• If you have any questions or need to obtain approval, please contact Miren on WhatsApp at 07948286917.

Weather Policy:

• Sessions continue in all weather conditions except in cases of conditions deemed unplayable.
• Cancellations due to weather will be communicated via WhatsApp. If no message is sent out by the coach, the session will continue as scheduled.
• Sessions cancelled by the coach due to weather will be credited towards the next term or the next holiday camp. No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy:

• All sessions are paid for in advance.
• No refunds will be issued if participants are unable to attend.

Health and Safety Policy:

• All coaches and participants must adhere to current health and safety guidelines.
• Appropriate attire and equipment should be used at all times to prevent injuries.
• Regular risk assessments of equipment and facilities are undertaken to ensure a safe environment.
• Players are assumed to be fully fit; any medical conditions or allergies should be communicated in advance on the player's ClubSpark profile AND via email or WhatsApp to the coach. 
• All players must have an emergency contact number on their ClubSpark profile.
• Players with medical equipment must inform the coach of its location at the start of the session.

Behavioural Policy:

• Expectations for conduct during sessions will promote respect, sportsmanship, and positive interactions.
• Procedures for addressing behavioural issues or conflicts between participants should be established.

Attendance Policy:

• Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure progress.
• Procedures for recording attendance and handling frequent absences.
