JUNIOR TOURNAMENT

Congratulations to Rosie Noble on winning the Junior Tournament for the 2nd year running.  The standard was very impressive indeed but Rosie fought hard to come through as the worthy winner. The weather had delayed the tournament by a week but we just managed to fit it in before the rains came yet again.  Thanks to all the players and parents who created such a good atmosphere.

LADIES' WEDNESDAY MORNING SESSIONS:  Our Ladies sessions take place regularly on Wednesdays at 10.00.   These informal, friendly  sessions are an ideal way for new members to gain confidence and meet other members. You can just turn up on the morning and play for a few games or all morning. 

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: During the lockdowns, our booking system proved invaluable for reserving a court.   Although the  courts are now open, please continue to use the Bookings system on the Bookings Tab, and include the names of all participants.

Sheriff Hutton has a full programme of competitive matches throughout the summer, for mens, ladies and mixed doubles, as well as weekly social tennis sessions.  We compete in the York and the Hovingham leagues.  In addition we have Annual Tournament afternoons for intermediate players, ladies singles and doubles, and men's singles.
