JUNIOR TOURNAMENT 2024

Friday 12 July may have been a chilly evening but there was plenty of heat generated in the battle to win the Junior Tournament.  After a hard-fought  first round, the 2 top scorers (and brothers!) played off to produce Gold medal winner Adam  Brownbridge, Silver medal Joseph Brownbridge and Bronze medal Rosie Noble.

LADIES' WEDNESDAY MORNING SESSIONS:  Our Ladies sessions take place regularly on Wednesdays at 10.00.   These informal, friendly  sessions are an ideal way for new members to gain confidence and meet other members. You can just turn up on the morning and play for a few games or all morning. 

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: During the lockdowns, our booking system proved invaluable for reserving a court.   Although the  courts are now open, please continue to use the Bookings system on the Bookings Tab, and include the names of all participants.

Sheriff Hutton has a full programme of competitive matches throughout the summer, for mens, ladies and mixed doubles, as well as weekly social tennis sessions.  We compete in the York and the Hovingham leagues.  In addition we have Annual Tournament afternoons for intermediate players, ladies singles and doubles, and men's singles.
