Summary of findings Visit to the venue on 16th January 2023. Met with Head Coach and Welfare Officer. The venue is set in park setting in the small rural village of Shillingstone. The venue has a head coach and a junior programme runs on the weekend and during the holidays. The venue also offers cardio tennis and rusty rackets. Supervision of children has been considered and u13 players parents must stay to supervise and facilitate them using the toilets which is in a block a short distance away. The venues website contains the policies and a copy of the risk assessment. The venue have completed this safeguarding support visit with no outstanding actions. Safeguarding is constantly evolving so please continue to b aware of updates from the LTA.
