SOUTH CAVE TENNIS CLUB

Dear Members,                                                                                          

You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting which will be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 9th March 2016 at 4 Vicarage Walk, North Cave. 

Please find attached the Agenda and minutes of the last meeting.  There will be spare copies available on the night.

We are in need of members to join the committee this season. Graham Carter is standing down which will leave us with only 7 committee members. To be at full complement we should have 12. Numbers have dwindled over the years so we would be delighted to have some new committee members.  If you are willing to give up a small amount of your time and wish to join the committee please make yourself known to another member to nominate you (using the form below).

Being a committee member isn’t very time consuming. It normally involves attending 4 meetings per year and being on the rota for club night.  As well as giving back to the club it gives members the opportunity to influence future direction.

Alternatively if you don’t wish to join the committee but are willing to go on the club night rota please let me know.

Although there is business to discuss this is generally a social occasion so I hope that you will come along and join us.
