About the Club
St Serfs boasts three all-weather, floodlit tennis courts. All year round, and particularly during the summer months, there is a busy schedule of events organised for our members with something for everyone, irrespective of age or ability.
We offer:
- Social Tennis
- League Tennis
- Coaching - a full programme of coaching throughout the year.
- Annual St Serfs Club Tournament - The club tournament, held during two weeks in late-August and early-September, is always a great success and provides a brilliant opportunity for our members to get together and play competitive – and fun – match tennis.
- Social Events- St Serfs also boasts a busy social scene, where members can enjoy themed tennis events and other exciting daytime and evening entertainment, as well as the highlight of the calender, the club championship finals night.
- Juniors - In 2003, we were proud to become the first tennis club in Scotland to have mini-tennis lines painted onto our surface, reflecting our commitment to encouraging young players to take up the game of tennis at St Serfs.
There are six mini-tennis courts at St Serfs and mini-tennis nets, rackets and balls are readily available for club members to use at their convenience. Our club coaches also provide a programme of coaching and fun events for junior members throughout the year.
This commitment to youth is also reflected in the attractive fees we offer young members. Cadets (kids aged 11 and under) can join the club for just £31 for a year, and junior members (aged between 12 and 16 years) pay only £54 for a full year’s membership.
